Modern Medicine in a Nutshell

The Town of Allopath

I have often spoken about how deficient modern medicine's approach is to disease and health.  How healthcare and disease "control" has resulted in a monster money-making industry whose survival/growth depends upon people being sick.

Well, nothing so simply and directly brings across the innate issues of our current medical industry like the following video.

The SWEET Side of Cancer

When I was first diagnosed with cancer, I asked my oncologist what I should do differently nutrition-wise to help manage this disease. He said, "Nothing."

You hear so much about carcinogens in food that I was shocked by his response.  There was nothing I needed to change?  "No," he replied, "You can eat just as you did before, simply remember try to eat healthy of course."

Well, you could have knocked me over with a feather when I later learned that sugar feeds cancer.

Although my doctors were telling me to eat just as I always had, the literature I was reading in my own research was telling me something very different.

Remission & Recurrence

First Do No Harm

"And a certain woman, which had an issue of blood twelve years, And had suffered many things of many physicians, and had spent all that she had, and was nothing bettered, but rather grew worse,When she had heard of Jesus, came in the press behind, and touched his garment." Mark 2:25-27

When I read the Scripture above, I used to think that perhaps the physicians this woman had seen were just crooks.  How was it possible to have been seeing "many" physicians for 12 years - exhausting all of her money - and yet not get any better, but to get worse?  Surely the physicians must have been taking advantage of her.

However, dealing with cancer shed new light on this for me.  I can honestly say that I think every physician I saw (and I had never seen so many different doctors in my life) wanted what was best for me; they desired to see me fully recover.  Yet, is it possible that the medical treatments and diagnostic tools they referred for me were doing more harm than good?

Big Bucks, Big Pharma

This documentary pulls back the curtain on the multi-billion dollar pharmaceutical industry to expose the insidious ways that illness is used, manipulated, and in some instances created, for capital gain.

Focusing on the industry's marketing practices, media scholars and health professionals help viewers understand the ways in which Direct-To-Consumer pharmaceutical advertising glamorizes and normalizes the use of prescription medication, and works in tandem with promotion to doctors.

Combined, these industry practices shape how both patients and doctors understand and relate to disease and treatment.

Ultimately, Big Bucks, Big Pharma challenges us to ask important questions about the consequences of relying on a for-profit industry for our health and well-being.

Protocel

After telling me that He wanted me to pursue a "natural" treatment (with me having NO idea what that meant at the time), Jesus led me to Protocel.

Protocel was developed about 50 years ago by a chemist named James Sheridan. It uses a process called Anaerobic Cellular Reduction Technology to disable the energy-producing mechanism of cancer cells.

When it comes to cells in our body, we have two kinds, "aerobic" a healthy cell which uses oxygen, and "anaerobic" an unhealthy cell that does not use oxygen (like cancer cells).  While the human body is naturally equipped to identify & destroy these unhealthy cells, diet, lifestyle, habit, heredity and environment can hinder the body's natural healing ability.

By slightly reducing the energy of the cells in our body, Protocel forces the cancer cells to die, thereby kicking in the body's natural processes in identifying and dismissing these unhealthy cells.  Through a process called lysing, the cancerous cells are broken up and disposed of by the body while having no adverse effect on healthy cells.
